Helpers wanted!
Thank you for taking the time to offer to help out with the Wellington Rabbit Rescue Kickstarter Launch event.
We need:
People to walk around and hang posters at local businesses and cafes in the next couple of weeks;
People to help set up the tables at the start of the day, and help pack up and clean at the end;
Helpers for the WRR stall, the raffle, and the kids' table;
People to walk around and help people sign up for Kickstarter, so they can pledge their support by choosing a reward.
We are looking for people keen to do some fun ad-hoc craft workshopping and mask-making with kids (and probably adults, too!) on the day, face painting, etc. We're a not-for-profit, so this isn't a paid gig, we're asking for help from the cosplay community to make our event a success.
We hope to have a kids' table with paper rabbit masks for people to decorate, and we'd really like to end the day with a small parade around Aro park, with everyone in their rabbit masks.
If you can do some or all of these things, we'd absolutely love to hear from you!
Come along, wear your rabbit onesies or go full cosplay - we welcome anyone and anything that will help raise awareness of our cause.
Please get in touch if you can help out!
